It seems that Victoria 'Posh' Beckham has finally convinced football superstar David Beckham to try plastic surgery. The football hero was seen recently to have lesser wrinkles than what he had a few years ago. This is quite surprising since David used to have those lines and now those are like, completely gone. Rumors are now spreading that the sexy Brit sportsman has had Botox and filler injections.

Friends of the Becks said that the couple has therapists visiting their Madrid home quite often and that they are receiving treatment more than the regular facials and peels.

News of the World quoted the source as saying:

"Victoria often has therapists and doctors visiting their Madrid home and some friends have hinted they may be doing more than providing them with facials and peels. David is as obsessed with appearance as Posh and has been paranoid about looking older."

Dr. Alex Karidis, a plastic surgeon who studied the photos of Beckham said that a large line that was visible on the footballer's forehead has vanished. He added that the 32-year-old has all the characteristics of a Botoxed forehead. He further concluded that Beckham seems to had Botox injected on his eyebrows.

The cosmetic surgeon also said that the crow's feet around Beckham's eye have also vanished and such changes only happen after a Botox treatment.

Botox, collagen injections, and other injectable fillers can be done at the comfort of your own home and can cost up to 1000 pounds.

Well, everyone is having Botox these days to temporarily get rid of unsightly lines. Even middle-aged gentlemen like Beckham also tried to use the toxin to delay aging. There's nothing wrong with that as long as they still look normal after the treatment. Seriously, the last thing we want to see are Kabuki masks walking down the street, because of too much Botox.

There's not enough Botox in Southern California to erase the wrinkles on David's face after playing a while with the LA Galaxy! I guess he can always take comfort in the $250 mil they're paying hime. Seriously, though, there will be enough Botox for Becks, but there certainly won't be enough for all 150 LA Galaxy "fans" (paid extras) in attendance at any given "game." Seriously, who cares if Mr. Spice had Botox? I just want to see him actually play once in a while! I know a doctor performing cosmetic surgery in Fresno (she also has a med spa that administers Botox), and from the sound of it, more and more people (women AND men) are looking for ways to look younger. The great thing about Botox is that while relaxing the muscles, it might even help slow new liens from forming later. So, what's not to like? Beside the soccer... :-) Sorry.

Becks certainly wouldn't be the first

I'm a man, and I've had several cosmetic medical treatments over the course of the last two or three years (laser treatments). I was researching procedures recently at the Guy's Guide to Plastic Surgery for Men, and something like over 280,000
Botox procedures were performed on men in 2006. So, Becks isn't alone.
