Do you wish you had Jessica Alba's body, Jennifer Lopez's butt or Nicole Kidman's nose? Then you are one of those thousands of people who also want to get those famous celeb body parts for themselves. Some even go to extreme measures just to look like their favorite stars.

Dr. Robert Rey, the star surgeon of the E! reality show "Dr. 90210" said that most of his patients request celebrity features when coming in for a particular procedure. Celebrities define beauty in our modern society so it is no surprise then that such requests are being received by his surgical facility.

Dr. Rey cared to enumerate some of the most requested body parts in Hollywood. The most in-demand faces are those of Jessica Biel, Courteney Cox, and Angelina Jolie. Also, it seems that everyone is eyeing on Nicole Kidman's nose.

Carmen Electra and Salma Hayek have the most coveted breasts while Jessica Alba, Gisele Bundchen, and Halle Berry have the most adorable bodies.

    Fox News has more.

Wannabes are also requesting Scarlett Johansson's eyes, Ashlee Simpson's nose, Jennifer Lopez's butt, Angelina Jolie's lips, Janet Jackson's abs and Cameron Diaz's legs, according to reports.

And if you thought cosmetic enhancement was a ladies-only luxury, think again.

"There has been a big increase in men opting for plastic surgery to look like a celeb," said Rey. "David Beckham or Brad Pitt, in most cases."

So can anybody emerge from a clinic with carbon copy features of a Hollywood hottie?

"In some cases, an almost exact replica of certain features can be achieved," said Rey. "But looking exactly like somebody else is unrealistic. I won't operate if a patient's expectations are unrealistic to that point."

Of course, not all the time procedures like this bring out the kind of results that patients really want. Therefore, it is also important that patients have realistic expectations when it comes to the results that are attainable. Plastic surgeons make sure that this is established first before they even begin to talk the patient through the procedure including its risks and complications.

  • The Most Coveted Breasts Award Goes To…

I'm reading an old plastic surgery book from the early 1970's, and in it, the author basically says that no reputable plastic surgeon would ever perform a procedure on someone who during a consultation says they want breasts like a certain celeb (in your example, Carmen or Sayma). Nor would they "work" on one who brings in photos of a celebrity to show how the look they like. Today, though, I've read that many... most surgeons even prefer this sort of dialogue... that it helps them to get a better idea of the desires of the patient. I don't think it's a big deal. I mean, if I'm a plastic surgeon performing Orange County breast augmentation, I don't want to guess, and as they say, a picture is worth a thousand words. I don't know, it just seems like saying, I would like to have breasts like this person, would be a good starting off place to get to what the patient really wants. I mean, I never received the type of hairstyle I wanted until I started bringing in a picture of a celeb with the same hairstyle. I think plastic surgeons are pretty good at weeding out wackos, as well as at preaching "realistic expectations."

    Make me look like...

The International Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery (ISAPS) recently surveyed 20,000 surgeons in 84 countries as to which male celebrity most men considering plastic surgery brought up during a consultation. Apparently, it's Brad Pitt, at least when it comes to the forehead, nose, cheeks, lips, abdomen and buttocks. You can read more about the survey, and find out what other celebs made the list at the Guy's Guide to Plastic Surgery for Men.

Working out and watching what you eat or...

We would all like to look better. And for good or bad, most of us look to celebrities as the ideal. Me? Yeah, I'd love to have brad pitt's abs. Of course, instead, i have my dad's midwest gut. I've tried eating right and exercising (not as regularly as i should), and while i've definitely lost weight and look better, the lower part of my stomach still sticks out more than i would like it to. Now, knowing what i know about plastic surgery (i'm not a surgeon, btw), i'm probably a pretty good candidate for liposuction. Men accounted for 32,000 of the lipo procedures performed in the u.s. in 2007, according to the american society of plastic surgeons. But, you know what? I'm going to hold-off, because i just read about how dr. robert "90210" rey is launching a line of shapewear for men by the end of year. ;-) ha ha. good luck with that.
