Hillary Duff Open to Plastic Surgery

Hillary Duff admits that when she deems it necessary, she is open to undergoing plastic surgery in the future. At the same time, the girl we'll forever remember as "Lizzie Maguire" defends Hollywood celebrities who have gone under a cosmetic surgeon's knife, saying people should have the right to improve their looks if they want to.

"I don't have anything against people who have surgery. If I get older and feel uncomfortable about something then maybe I will have it. I never say never." [All Headline News]

The 18-year-old actress, however, thinks it becomes a problem when people overdo the plastic surgery thing. And indeed, countless celebrities have done just that.

"Some things are hard to deal with for a woman as you grow older. I think everyone should be able to feel good about themselves. I don't like it when it's really obvious and gets pointed out. Some people go overboard."

Way to go, Lizzie, I mean, Hillary. Thinking about getting some cosmetic surgery done when you're older is way better than getting them at such a young age, like some of your contemporaries have done.

  • Plastic Surgery in them young'uns

I agree wholeheartedly with Hilary Duff’s statements.
We all need to be comfortable with ourselves, and for some people that may involve having their body surgically altered purely for aesthetic reasons.
Beauty comes in all shapes, colors and sizes, but ultimately we must be happy with OURSELVES.

In the closing paragraph, are you implying that Lindsay Lohan had breast enlargement surgery? If she did, have you ever considered that it might have been due to a medical reason or defect?
