Joan Collins Denies Plastic Surgery Rumors

  Glamorous English actress Joan Collins is 72 years old, but remains stunning and youthful-looking. Take one look at her and you'll think she's only in her fifties. And she credits it all to make-up, not plastic surgery as rumors would have it. She has in fact declared she doesn't think much of plastic surgery, saying that it is "the plain women's revenge".

  A respected British plastic surgeon, however, begs to differ. According to 24dash.com:

  However, Alex Karidis, a London based plastic surgeon, claims he saw evidence of cosmetic surgery when he met Joan 18 months ago.

  He said: "I clearly saw the scars behind her ears indicating a facelift. I saw that she had also had her eyes lifted. I would say she has had this done in the last five years."

  Judging from the way Joan Collins looks nowadays, believing that she indeed had plastic surgery isn't really much of a stretch, because it isn't common for 72-year olds to look like her. But then again, Joan Collins is far from being common.

Yes, Joan Collins has probably had a facelift and boob job. So what? She looks better than most women at 40 and has the most confident manner and poise of any woman I have ever seen. And when you consider she has probably bedded more men than a netball team, still struts around on 5" stilettos and smokes panatella cigars with the artistic flair of Picasso all you can say is she is one hell of a woman.
