  The sexiest woman alive is apparently no stranger to plastic surgery after all.

  Scarlett Johansson, voted the sexiest woman in the world by readers of FHM magazine, looks every inch an all-natural vixen, from that ample bosom to those lovely lips of hers. But look at this series of pictures over at Starfruit Gossip and you'll see the obvious evolution of her nose. And this evolution couldn't be natural.

  Whoever performed her nose job, if she really did undergo the procedure, must be one hell of a plastic surgeon. That nose looks great on her, along with everything else.
