    We've heard and read all about how dieting and a regular exercise regimen can keep you healthy, and therefore add a few more years to your life.

    Now let's hear from someone who's got a whole new different take on dieting and exercise, someone who thinks all the advice we get from practically all corners are utter nonsense.

    This article is by no means the expert musings of a dietitian or a fitness buff. In fact, it's just from a regular bloke full of more down-to-earth dieting and fitness tidbits. And that's something most of us guys can certainly relate to. And you know what? He does make sense, at least to this writer.
