It is not something that would give you a migraine, but it is indeed quite a problem when tattoos start to lose their appeal. In fact, if those hearts, flowers, snakes or whatever marks you had your tattoo artist painted on your body start to annoy rather than amuse, you might as well start thinking of ways on how to get rid of them.

After enduring the painful process of getting those now regrettable marks from a licensed tattoo artist, you are now finding ways to get rid of these body marks and hope that you don't have to go through a painful (again?) solution to address the dilemma.

Good thing there is indeed a painless way to tattoo removal. Rank My Tattoos provides an article that talks about a wonder cream that can successfully remove tattoos within a couple of weeks. Here is what the article has to say:

The makers of Wrecking Balm boast of their magical product: a cream that causes your tattoo to fade away. The process requires a system of physical tissue deconstruction along with the cream as well as botanical chemical peels.

However, the main factors one must consider before jumping on the bandwagon are the ink density, depth, surface size, and color of the tattoo. In order to be successful with the cream, you must use it consistently for weeks to get any type of results. After a few weeks, your body's ability to renew surface cells becomes stronger and the skin will be regenerated, causing the tattoo to fade.

Now that's absolutely a painless method to fade those tattoos away. If your tattoos are qualified for removal based on the criteria given, then you are on your way to freedom from those now unsightly marks. And with the cost of $150 and a money-back guarantee, it's absolutely pain-free and worry-free. If this isn't the best deal ever, I don't know what else to call this.

  • F'N A! TCA works nice!

Alright, the wrecking balm dorks won't wanna read this. Put the 25% TCA 'perfect peel' on yesterday for 4-1/2 minutes (note: IMO, this stuff hurts more than the tattooing, felt like an iron on the skin) - The recommended time is 3 - 5 minutes. Today, after showering and rubbing in some triple antibiotic (per instructions), i noticed the area already sloughing off the lighter portions of the tattoo!!! And this ain't no homemade 'el-cheapo' tattoo either. For freakin $30, i've already begun to reverse a "good idea at the time" tattoo, one day after the 1st application. I don't know, but for me the choice is simple: save the high bucks for dermatologist / laser, don't waste it on a trendy idea like rectum balm or whatever its called. I feel optimistic that the TCA will effectively fade the tattoo into oblivion as further applications will be applied. will be posting later. . .

    Does it work for Argyria?

I have argyria from taking a colloidal silver supplement. It causes my face to have a bluish tint and they have been doing the same laser surgery for argyria that they do to remove tattoos but for a big fat price. Something like $9,000. I would try this stuff but I doubt it's worth spending my money on if its not removing tattoos.

    LOWER BACK

MY LOWER BACK TATTOO IS NOT A TARGET. JUST BECAUSE I HAVE IT, DOES NOT MAKE ME EASY!

    tat's

I've got tat's all over my body and you can't imagine all the attention I get. I have more skanches? throwin themselves at me than a man could want. Of course, I contracted HIV from one of my tat's when I was younger, so I have to be really careful. When I tell my skanch about the HIV, they still want me cuz of all my tat's. I am just a player.

    TCA

My tat is only about the size of a quarter - but i want it gone, any suggestions? im really thinking about these remedies that people purchase at the drug store. can someone tell me exactly what i need to buy?

    not for dark skinned people

To any negroes who tried using this product: hydroquinone is specifically for light skinned people only. Essentially, a black person is 100% defective skin with hyper pigment of melanin. Thus a skin bleach like hydroquinone is only intended for use on white skinned people with a freckle or small blemish. A black person who uses it will get a temporary lightening effect, but the DNA cannot be denied.

SALT AND LEMON JUICE? SOMEONE ANSWER THIS

ALOT OF PEOPLE ARE TALKING ABOUT SALT AND LEMON JUICE. BUT NOBODY IS SAYING EXACTLY HOW TO DO IT. COULD SOMEONE PLEASE E-MAIL THE EXACTS OF THE PROCESS. (FINALLYALYSSA@YAHOO) I HAVE A COUPLE LITTLE ONES I WOULD LIKE TO TRY IT ON. HERE'S TO HOPING IT WORKS. THANKS TO EVERYONE OUT THERE. NICE TO KNOW IM NOT THE ONLY ONE WITH GROWN UP REGRETS!!

    eyebrow tats

I have already fading tattooed eyebrows. As I'm getting older, the are moving up my forehead and it's looking pretty silly. I definately can't afford laser right now, so I'm going to try ordinary drug store fade cream and overuse of a buff puff. Thanks for all the info everyone.

    hmm

well i just bought the stuff since theres the whole money back garantee after talking to the guy for forever. It felt a little cheezy but one thing they said was to make sure i washed off the gel after the microdermabrasion part and then put the spray. If you dont do that then skin cells and gel get in the way of the ink disolving spray. I know it seems scammy..but i figure it might be worth a try at least before getting lazer. Kinda running up more skeptiscism now, like if it's even worth it to take off or just to live with...I dont want a half faded tatto!! or half faded skin..

    Wrecking Balm

Has any one tried Wrecking Balm for at least 3 months yet? If so, please tell me how the results are and if its worth it. Or does anybody have any other ideas that is effective besides doing the laser treatment? Thanks.

    TCA ?

What's this TCA being mentioned? Can I buy it at a drug store?

I was considering WreckingBalm but thanks to everyones feedback on it I'm not going to waste my time (on the phone) or money.

    tattoos are underneath your

tattoos are underneath your skin, wher a surface abrasive can't harm or fade them. it's a scam to get cheapskates to send money, rather than getting either laser treatment or a coverup with a better, more attractive tattoo.

    TCA Tattoo Removal

Ok, so tried my first TCA tattoo removal treatment, My tattoo is large, and heavy set with colours, so how did it go? Well, I went for the strong stuff, some people go for the 50% strength, I went for the 100% stuff so its a deep peel, I put it on, left it for 5 mins and my skin frosted over white, and it stung alot whilst it was on I had to sit infront of an electric fan.

It looked like I had really bad sunburn, then the skin went dry and brownish, and began to flake off, then large weeping scabs started appearing on the tattoo, and as the scabs came of, portions of the ink came off aswell, leaving areas faded.

The area stays sore for about 2 weeks after the treatment, I put moisturiser on it everyday and I wont do another treatment til a month has passed. Its unpleasent and looks bad but it seems to be doing the trick, I am fully prepared for the area to scar pink though, however since this in preperation for a cover up I dont have a problem with this, I figure if I combined this with laser treatment It will fade relatively fast.

I found that the treatment was more effective than a product called e-raze that I used, E-raze is crap is tattoed into the skin and leaves pitted scars and costs £50 per square inch, I got better results using small amount of tca on a cotton ball from a bottle that cost me £30 from ebay that would of cost me about £250 with eraze.

I will keep everyone up to date on my progress and will post a picture at some point when I feel the tattoo has diminished as much as its going to

    hey i bought the shit

hey i bought the shit and ive only used it once, so far nothing. So i dont know if it works but iv heard more negative than i have positive. Personally i would advise only people who have small tattoos to use it. if yours is huge and dark it is going to take longer for it to go away.
im with the LOL guy THIS IS SOME FUNNY SHIT!!!!

To the person who has been

To the person who has been using the wreking balm for two days in june- it says on the instructions to put the device on low for the first week- did you read that?? Has it worked for you since then??

To the sales associate who posted on Aug 5 and 8

First you said on Aug. 5 that yall have been in business for 9 years then you said on Aug 8 that yall have been in business for 8 years so which one is it??? I just want honesty. I bought the balm but iv only used it once so far so im not saying it works or it doesnt. But false advertisement isnt good for your company either.

For the people out there wanting pictures- have yall seen the proactive commercials??? With Jessica Simpson & P- Diddy saying that it works for them and they have all the before and after pictures. Well i bought it and that stuff burnt my face and i had to send it back b/c it didnt work!! So all im saying is try it if it works for you then it does if it doesnt send it back

    hey

they want you to use the balm for 8 weeks before you decide that you dont like it. But if you do that you wont get your refund thats 60 days!!!! Try 7 weeks:)

    Lazer

I had 3 visits with a lazer clinic, now I have a 3-D tattoo? The results kinda freaked me out so I stopped going.
I was considering the wreking balm untill I read all the feed back, not sure what to do now???

    DOES NOT CONTAIN HYDROQUINONE

I have a supply of the Wrecking Balm and have just reviewed the ingredients lists on all the items in the box. There is no hydroquinone or its derivatives listed anywhere in these lists. The active ingredients that are listed that seem to do the "work" here are salicylic acid (aspirin derivative) and various plant extracts. I have not been using this product for very long so cannot attest to its ability to produce results, but it does not seem dangerous so I'm giving it a shot. I have taken a picture of my tat as a "before" shot, and plan to take a picture when 30 days has passed to see if any results are apparent. We shall see.

    Not so fast

I have 6 tattoos, and my last visit to the shop didn't come out so great. The guy who did it has done another one of mine. But this one just didn't end up as planned, and has caused me much grief.

I've had 5 laser treatments so far, at a whopping cost of over $1500. I can honestly say it's not the "end all be all" of tattoo removal. Be prepared to spend lots of money because I know for sure I will need at least 12 more to get rid of my tat (2" circle with colors). The black outlines are supposed to be the easiest to remove and mine are barely faded. Dermatologists are out to make money too, so if they tell you that 6 treatments will be good, plan on double that amount.

I have some older tattoos that have more sun fading than my laser-treated ink.

Right now I'm trying inkbusters to at least fade the color enough so I can spend less at the docs.

    wrecking balm

Is there anyone out there who has used and had good results?

    i hate my tattoo

ive got a few tats and im happy with them all apart from 1.ive not worn a t shirt now 4 just over 2 yrs cos i hate it that much.all i do 2 keep my mind of it is go out drinking, there must b cheap and safe way and quick way 2 get rid of unwanted tattoos.please can sum 1 find it and help people get rid of there mistakes.thanks

    they used an electric sander....

in gladiator to grind off russell crow's character's tattoo? did they have electric sanders back then? or are you an idiot too?
and to let some of you ignorant people out there know, i have sleeve in progress and i work in a corporate office. the trick is long sleeves, try to find them at the 2nd hand store and if you can only get a job as a cashier it's because you're an idiot, not your tattoos.

    Ink=Class

Wow! Logging on to a tattoo website to rip on people with tattoos.....Way to stand up for non-inked people who obviously have the class inked people obviously lack.

    New Customer Number

Now when you call their famous 800 number it refers you to an inernational number 10-1515-800, so there is more money they are scamming you.

Thank GOD! I read this blog first, I was going to split the cost with a friend to remove a shitty job of my daughters name on my ankle and her ugly ass blue rose, but you saved me!

Can't afford the lazer but the lemon juice and salt are affordable.....gotta do something!

    Thanks all!

    tat removal

I have tried the TCA peel and it did not work, do not waste your money. I have had 14 laser treatments from this bitch in Houston and my tat is hardly faded. I paid her a flat fee of $900.00 for how many ever treatments it would take and I am just sick of going, I think her laser is old or just jacked up! Don't go to her her name is Whitney Broach in Houston, she is in the southwest part of town.

    E-RAZE

    http://www.e-raze.com/questions.asp

this is a UK product. I bet there are others like it here...

    Just bought wrecking balm

Just bought wrecking balm and spent $350. And now i'm freaking out after seeing this site. Is there anyone who this has worked for?

laser not good idea for color tats

I have had ten treatments of about $100-75 a pop in a professional doc office. Although I would say it works for black or limited color tats, I would not recommend it for tats with a lot of color. My back looks horrible since i am left with a ton of scars and a lot of the green is still there. I looked into the creams for the rest of it, but they do not sound promising either. Does anyone have any other ideas? I have even thought of getting a "skin" color tattoo to cover this mess.

    ERAZE

Do not, Do not use eraze! ridiculously expensive, £50 a square inch, for the most part it doesnt lift any ink out of your skin, and it scars heavily, the tatooist made it out to be some sort of miracle cure, the answer to everyones tattoo removal dreams, I later found out from other tattooists in the area that eraze they had tried and found to be a total waste and that the tattooist who still uses it has a reputation for being unscrupulous, I learnt the hard expensive way, dont use it!
